Dr. Emily Lin
Clinical Director
I am a California native and grew up in San Francisco. After earning my DVM from Purdue School of Veterinary Medicine, Indiana, in 2002, I returned to California to practice medicine. After many years in private practice, I am still in awe of the incredible dedication and heart that members of our veterinary community bring to the table.
I enjoy my daily interactions with my clients and patients and treasure the power of the human-animal bond. My day is successful if I can improve my patients’ health and enhance their well-being and the quality of their lives. My priority as a veterinarian is to provide informed, compassionate, quality health care to every patient I see. I am devoted to client education and place a high priority on preventative medicine.
My philosophy is to provide my clients with sound information and choices about their pets’ health, allowing them to make balanced and informed decisions. I believe that developing a relationship with an open dialogue with my clients helps me improve the quality of care I can provide for their pets. I have an intense work ethic and a strong desire to continue learning, driven by my love for animals and deep respect for the profession.
We strive to make every visit as gentle, pain-free, and stress-free as possible for your pets. I am proud to be Fear Free certified! To become certified, I have completed a comprehensive, 8-part educational course and exam and must complete continuing education to remain certified.
